I feel extremely blessed that I grew up working in the family business of restaurant work & the learning of life skills. Here are my main takeaways:

What this means for my customers and newcomers is that you are in good hands. I support local, I support good food and I support my family through having "time off." On average I bake about 45 goods in a 3 day period not including holidays. This is my therapy, my joy & opportunity to teach my children what I now know & what I am continuing to learn.
